**Job Title: Infrastructure Solution Architect**

**Experience: 6 - 8** Years’ Experience.

**Job Summary**:

- The Technical Infrastructure Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves analyzing complex business needs and developing robust infrastructure architectures that support business processes and technological advancements. The Technical Infrastructure Solution Architect works closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that infrastructure solutions are designed and delivered effectively, addressing both current and future requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Solution Design and Architecture**:

- Develop and document comprehensive infrastructure architectures, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions.
- Design solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that enhance infrastructure performance and reliability.

**Technical Leadership**:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams throughout the design and implementation phases.
- Ensure that architectural designs meet technical standards and align with the organization’s IT strategy.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate architectural designs and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Project Support**:

- Support project managers and teams in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
- Review and approve technical designs and documentation for infrastructure projects.
- Address technical challenges and provide solutions during project implementation.

**Risk Management and Compliance**:

- Identify potential risks associated with infrastructure solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that infrastructure designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements, security standards, and industry best practices.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure and incorporate them into the organization’s architecture as appropriate.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing infrastructure solutions and processes.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders on the status of infrastructure solutions and projects.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and other external partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and contribute to industry advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, including expertise in servers, storage, networks, and cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with specific technologies or platforms relevant to the organization’s needs (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, F5, Firewall, Solaris, Storage, Database, Network).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Infrastructure Architect: 3 years (required)
- cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP): 2 years (preferred)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform: 2 years (preferred)
- scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.): 2 years (preferred)
