**Job responsibility**:
- Supporting of talent acquisitions functions and assisting the HRBP TA in recruitment process.
- Assist to prepare job posting advertisement in different Job Portal.
- Arrange interviews with relevant Hiring Manager.
- Assist in new joiner formalities and induction program.
- To record recruitment database accordingly.
- Participate in Career Fair, Road Show, Recruitment outreach drive, if any.
- Assist in collaboration hiring program with Perkeso, Education Institutions, University & College, MARII on internship/ Trainee programme.
- To assist in blue collar vacancies recruitment.
- Assist in Employer Branding program.
- Assist in managing all training & development and team building programme requirement e.g. training room arrangement, training refreshment, attendance listing, training evaluation and etc.
- Assist in Company events/ activities as and when required.
- Assist in other assigned HR related projects and ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Internship fulfillment under Diploma/Degree program in Human Resource/Management/Business Administration or equivalent from recognized educational institution.
- Internship period from 4-6 months.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Willing to work in Kepong, KL.

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
