**Job Title: Payroll Assistant**
**Working Location: KL ECO CITY**
**Working Hour: 9am - 5:30pm**
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Assistant. This role entails managing daily payroll and administrative tasks, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while adhering to established protocols. While prior experience is not mandatory, a keen willingness to learn and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for success in this position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll efficiently and accurately on a daily basis.
- Review timesheets and attendance records meticulously to ensure precise calculation of wages.
- Maintain accurate records of leave accruals and other provisions related to payroll.
- Collaborate closely with the HR and finance departments to address and resolve any payroll-related issues promptly.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to existing payroll processes and systems.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth functioning of the payroll department.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, finance, or related field is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
