**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Assistant Manager - Accounts** to support financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and assist in managing the day-to-day accounting functions. This role involves supervising junior staff, preparing financial reports, managing audits, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, etc.)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and local tax laws
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Review and manage payroll processing in coordination with HR
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital
- Support in implementing and improving financial processes and internal controls
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and external stakeholders as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred or in progress
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
