**Job description**

**Position Summary**:
The Promoter (Pet Food) is responsible for promoting pet food products at retail outlets, pet stores, events, or promotional booths. The role focuses on creating brand awareness, educating customers, and driving product sales through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion & Sales**:

- Actively promote pet food products to walk-in customers.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to pet owners.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on pet types (dog, cat, etc.).
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints on the spot.
- **Merchandising**:

- Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and appropriately priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of restocking needs.
- Assist with product setup for promotional displays or in-store activations.
- **Sampling & Demonstrations**:

- Conduct sampling activities and product demonstrations when applicable.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Record daily sales performance and submit activity reports.
- Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities with the team.
- **Event Participation**:

- Represent the brand at roadshows, pet expos, and promotional events.
- Support setup, operation, and dismantling of event booths.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for animals and knowledge of pet care is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Previous promoter or retail experience is a plus.

Working Hour: 11am - 6pm

Monday to Friday

Location: Top 5 outlet of daco petmart in klang valley area
