**Reports To**:
Manager, Flight Data Analysis

**Position Summary**:
Officer, Flight Data Analysis is responsible to regularly (daily) download flight data from company aircraft and to distribute and update company safety information to all flight crew and to assist superior to ensure the smooth running of the Flight Data Analysis programme.

**Key Accountability**:

- Assist in day-to-day operation of the program elements, including data collection, analysis and security, and the production of associated.
- Assist in cross referencing and presenting information/data in a credible integrated context.
- To carry out regular (daily) Mini-QAR data download and wireless QAR manual download of flight
- Monitor data is downloaded in accordance with the agreed
- Liaise with Production Planning Centre (PPC) on a daily basis for data downloading task
- card.
- To upload downloaded flight data through the network and deliver all the required data to Flight Data
- Analysis Centre in supporting the Flight Data Analysis
- To process downloaded flight data into readable format (AirFASE).
- Advise superior on the serviceability of both airborne and ground-based flight data recording/analysis
- Collate flight data analysis data (WGL) rate transmission failure reports to be submitted to Engineering & Maintenance Dept. for troubleshooting and corrective
- Assist in reporting any limit exceedance event/s to Engineering & Maintenance Department (MOC) for corrective action; Suspected Hard Landing, VFE, VLO, MMO.
- Provide timely assistance of data retrieval in incident and accident.
- Carry out the above activities through effective teamwork with other staff members and perform such other reasonable duties as assigned by the Corporate Safety Oversight management personnel.

**Qualification**:

- SPM or its equivalent with three years of related experience.
- Safety Management System (SMS) qualifications.

**Areas of Experience**:

- Knowledge of flight data analysis programme policies, procedures, systems and operating environment are preferred
- Attended initial and recurrent flight data analysis system training.
- The initial training is for newly appointed flight data analysis personnel and the recurrent training is for current flight data analysis personnel. The training is designed to provide in-depth knowledge about the various system modules inclusive of analysis and the latest system capabilities as well.
