**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support end-users in setting up and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Help maintain IT inventory records, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
- Support the IT team in routine maintenance tasks such as data backup, system updates, and network monitoring.
- Assist in managing user accounts, password resets, and access rights under supervision.
- Participate in IT documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting steps, and asset tagging.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for staff.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Able to work independently with guidance from the IT team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM800.00 per month
