We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act, can manage full sets of accounts, and is experienced in handling general administrative tasks, sales support, and office operations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle daily accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts payable, receivables, and reconciliations. Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and support audits.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records and databases.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing sales orders, and tracking deliveries. Provide support with customer inquiries and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the local employment act in payroll processing, leave management, and employee contracts. Assist with HR-related documentation and queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all administrative, HR, and accounting-related activities. Generate reports as required by management.
- Work closely with HQ teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely execution of tasks.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Possess at least LCCI certification, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting.
- Prior experience in both accounting and administrative roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian Employment Act.
- Working knowledge of statutory requirements, transfer pricing, tax computation, and SST.
- Effective communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English.
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
- Ability to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
