**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify trend directions; create concept/mood boards, analyze collections, shop stores; perform competitive analysis; pull and review fabrics, design concepts, presentation decks for meetings.
- Identify and design key items with a strong brand identity.
- Execute development of initial seasonal design category in context of cost structure
- Design according to line plans, sales needs and emerging trends; ensure timely execution of product development calendar.
- Make a research in seasonal fashion trend, style and fabrication & color theme.
- Involve mainly in design development work.
- Check and ensure the finishing quality and fitting measurements for all new samples are according to the specs before proceeding for mass productions.
- Liaise with suppliers local and overseas for raising of samples, production, capacity booking delivery timing and etc.
- Arrange purchasing sewing materials / accessories for daily use.
- Preparation of supportive documents and samples for seasonal presentation and photoshoot.
- Participate in international buying trips as and when required.
- Monitor daily production for inhouse and outsource.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may assign by the management from time to time as when necessary.
- Able to manage and instruct the team and can work independently.

**Requirements**:

- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Possess own transport.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, overtime and work well under pressure.
- Applicants with experience in lead team is advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
