About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to join the Customer Interactions Tribe and drive transformation and innovation in the Ordering area.

About Us

Role Overview

As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of the lifecycle of a product. You will drive the definition of a vision for the product, the associated roadmap, and prioritize the product backlog accordingly. Reporting to a Business Lead, you will act as the primary liaison between your squad and the stakeholders, balancing their needs and expectations in line with the CI tribe North Star principles and business ambitions. Your role entails building strong relationships with teams across different time zones and establishing efficient working relationships with other teams, along with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and synchronize the service vision and roadmap with Tribe leadership, other Product Owners, architects and key stakeholders
- Serve the tribe mission being an ambassador of your squad and hub towards internal stakeholders. Be able to explain the high level process and connect the dots with the customer journey
- Ensure the product adheres to the highest operational excellence, including releasing security patches
- Build and prioritize the squad backlog to achieve business goals and continuously keep it up to date. Ensure as well to build the squad for the future.
- Participate in product meetings like sprint planning, squad & product backlog refinement meetings, and hub meetings
- Accept sprint results in sprint review meetings
- Lead your squad and participate in quarterly tribe ceremonies to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements
- Implement cross-squad tasks and activities and adhere to the hub standards
- Monitor overall squad performance and issue performance reports
- Define necessary competencies in the squad in cooperation with chapter leads
- Support chapter leads in determining resource allocation
- Provide regular feedback on squad members’ performance
- Working with vendors - understanding the technology players in this space and swift architectural framework

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an agile environment
- Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting capabilities
- Ability to reduce complexity and advocate for the end customer while meeting the needs of internal compliance, reporting and OTC expectations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Work globally
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of product development

Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Swift product portfolio and order to cash processes is a plus
- Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in product management and strategy development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A passion for building products that solve real business problems
- A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture while connecting the dots across different areas of the business
