**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments; follow up to confirm bookings or address missed appointments.
- Provide accurate information about automotive services, maintenance schedules, warranty coverage, and vehicle features.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records, service history, and contact details in CRM systems.
- Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely updates.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support Sales Advisor (Service department) if needed.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for cars and basic understanding of vehicle systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
