**Position overview**:
We are looking for a new colleague based in allnex’s Global Business Services (GBS) office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, to champion learning in the manufacturing environment and drive efficiency in training activities. Supporting the global learning team, this role will work closely with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and Manufacturing representatives from all allnex sites across the globe to digitize training materials. Becoming one of the experts in administering and managing the allnex learning platform - SuccessFactors LMS - this role will also provide guidance and support to all sites in ensuring the usage of the global learning platform, the standardization, and quality of training content, and the development and curation of training materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with local, regional, and global Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and Manufacturing representatives on identifying, developing and evaluating training materials.
- Work closely with the global learning team to drive training in the manufacturing environment globally.
- Develop and maintain training materials for the online learning library in SuccessFactors LMS.
- Recommend effective training solutions.
- Maintain close contact with all manufacturing sites globally with colleagues in different roles.
- Make regular visits to local manufacturing sites in Malaysia (i.e. Seremban and Melaka).
- Help ensure compliance with ISO standards and local procedures.
- Help standardize and evaluate training solutions and create synergies to ensure efficiency in training across all countries.
- Review existing training to assess suitability and curate training programs.
- Work with various training creation tools.
Demonstrate business insight and provide solutions in response to individual and team needs.
- Research and review external training programs and materials to provide the best solution.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Experience and involvement in developing and conducting training, preferably with the usage of digital learning or a learning management system (LMS).
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of basic project management.
- Strong command of English and good communication skills.
- Experience in working across cultures.
- Strategic and critical thinking.
- Proactive and a self-starter.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in the related field, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to training/education/development. Prior experience in digital learning or using a learning management system (LMS) will be a plus.
