Training Specialist

**1. Training Program Development**:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that effectively communicate job descriptions and standard operating procedures.
- Identify learning objectives and outcomes for each training program.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and assessments.
**2. Training Assessment**:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements within the organization.
- Analyse existing job descriptions and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and relevance.
**3. Training Delivery**:
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and online modules to deliver the developed training programs.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, such as presentations, demonstrations, case studies, and interactive activities, to promote active learning.
- Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
**4. Content Management**:
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure they reflect current job descriptions and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to stay informed about any changes or updates that impact job responsibilities or procedures.
- Regularly review and improve training content to enhance its effectiveness and relevance.
**5. Performance Evaluation**:
- Liaise with HR and relevant departments on the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback collection, and assessments.
- Analyze training metrics and participant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to future training initiatives.
**6. Internship Program Management**:
- Support HR in the coordination and management of internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of interns.
- Design and deliver orientation and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of interns.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to interns, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with universities, managers and supervisors to ensure meaningful and valuable internship experiences for participants.
**7. Orientation for new joiners**:
- Support HR in the development and delivery of the orientation program to familiarize new employees with the organization's culture, policies, procedures, and key personnel.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Address questions, concerns, and provide necessary resources to help new joiners integrate into the organization.
**8. Learning and development support**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in job roles and technologies relevant to the organization.
- Proactively seek opportunities to innovate and improve the overall learning experience for employees and interns.
- Incorporate new instructional methodologies and technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback collection, and assessments.
- Assist in identifying individual and organizational learning needs.
- Recommend and implement appropriate learning interventions, such as workshops, e-learning modules, or coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop career development plans and succession planning initiatives.
**9. Documentation and Compliance**:
- Maintain accurate documentation of training activities, including attendance records, evaluations, and training completion certificates.
- Support HR in the management of HRDC submission and claim for related training.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to training and development.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in handling training-related and internship program information.
**10. Consultation and Support**:
- Provide guidance and support to managers, employees, and interns regarding job descriptions, standard operating procedures, and professional development opportunities.
- Address questions, clarify expectations, and offer recommendations for improving performance and adherence to procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment between job descriptions, standard operating procedures, training materials, and internship program goals.
**11. Any other duties as assigned by superior.**
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
