ABOUT SOCIO
We are a regional integrated marketing and communications agency, born and bred in Malaysia with a presence in Thailand and Indonesia, with over 70 over staff all over the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including the preparation of periodic budget forecasts
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
- Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities
- Manage and handle account receivables and account payables, issue invoices, credit notes and debit notes, bank reconciliation, petty cash, staff claim, and other related matter regularly
- Process vendor payments and check requests
- Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
- Ensure all payments received must be invoiced without delay and cheque payment or e-banking made to creditors in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Liaise and coordinate with the auditor, tax agents, banks, company secretary, government, and other statutory bodies.
- Handle company’s confidential documents and ensure the effectiveness of office administration
- Co-ordinate liaises with other departments with regard to financial matters
- Perform basic office management duties as requested

- Well-organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively with staff and public
- Work independently
- Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
- Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting
- Expert in Excel and SQL
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
