**a) Overall responsibilities**
- Assist in managing day-to-day finance & accounting activities.
- Responsible for compiling and arranging the payment prepared by the Finance team for all companies at HQ and States level.
- Responsible for ensuring all payments are approved by authorized signatories in a timely manner.
- Assist in checking the supporting documents and information from other departments to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, payments and receipts.
- Assist in updating and maintaining suppliers and customers records in ERP system.
- Assist in preparing and compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements and other documents, as needed.
- Responsible for the accurate filing of documentation as well as maintaining the filing systems.

Coordinate and undertake administrative tasks, i.e. ordering procedures, photocopying/scanning documents, etc.
- Assist others in the Finance Team with any other duties as required.

**Job Specifications**
- Minimum two (2) years of related working experience.
- Ability to work to deadlines, good attention to detail, and have efficient time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
