**Job Scope**:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document photocopying.
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate the ordering of supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to HR and Finance departments, including preparing basic reports and assisting with documentation.
- Maintain and update staff records and company databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Uphold a clean, organized and professional office environment.
- Welcome and assist visitors; support front-desk operations as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Good in **Microsoft Office**:
- Good communication skills in **English & Mandarin**:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitasking.
