Front Desk Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Appointment Scheduling
- Patient Intake (Assist new patients with registration)
- Billing and Payments, including processing insurance claims and following up on outstanding accounts.
- Administrative Support to physiotherapists and other staff, including preparing patient files, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- Record Keeping (Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations).
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and physiotherapists, conveying messages and information as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Qualification: Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
**Good to Have**:
- Experience in a physiotherapy or medical office setting.
- Knowledge in SQL system
- Familiarity with insurance billing and coding.
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with scheduling software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and billing processes.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
