What will your job scope be?
- Assist in daily booking and confirmation of appointments, treatment deduction and others.
- Professionally handle daily phone calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages.
- Welcome and greet clients and supply them with refreshments while they wait.
- Manage daily appointments.
- Handle phone calls and walk in clients.
- Complete daily deduction of treatments and update CRM record.
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk / reception area.
- Assist in issuance of invoices and keep track on retail products.
- Maintains complete knowledge of products, operating procedures, service specifications and company information.
- Operate POS system.
- Documentation and filing.
- Other administration duties.

**; Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa. Chinese is a plus.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Customer service attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having social media content curation skill is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Independent, committed, and has a high sense of responsibility.
