Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager Client: Oil & Gas Industry [SHELL] Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor Salary Range: Depend on the experience The incumbent will manage IDT Enterprise Service Infrastructure projects for China. In particular, the incumbent is responsible to implement IT Collaboration platform/solution (Desktop, Mobile). As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you are accountable and responsible for project planning, controlling and executing medium to large scale projects with budget ranging between USD $100K to over USD$1M and complexity across all stages of the project life-cycle. This will utilise your skills within Project Management, Budget Management, Business Value tracking, and Change Implementation Planning and Management. On a daily basis you collaborate with a range of stakeholders including Shell business and IDT managers, IDT external service providers and onshore & offshore suppliers. Using the Shell's Project Delivery Framework (PDF) along with OneIT standard processes, you will be expected to deliver projects on time, within the approved budget (both + and -), and within the agreed scope, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are compliant with Architecture, Information Risk Management and Supportability standards. Your team as well as your scope is Local and Global in nature. Responsibilities: Projects Delivery Manage major issues, risks, escalations and other interventions with good sense of urgency and judgement necessary to keep projects on track, with special attention to supplier interfaces. Manage key stakeholders and communication effectively Mandatory Skills/Qualification: More than 8 years of IT experience, of which 4 - 6 years in project management. Possess very solid technical understanding of Enterprise Service technology / stacks, and infrastructure project delivery. In this role, the core technology knowledge is Collaboration, in particular M365 and WECOM. The incumbent must have knowledge and experience in implementing or migrating to M365 and WECOM to enable services and solutions for Messaging, Collaboration and Teamwork, Workflow Management, Organization social communication, Data Security & Management, as well as Integration/Middleware, Connectivity/Network, Identity and access and authentication management (IAM). The incumbent must have knowledge and experience in the hosting platform services and tools, such as, but not limited to, the followings: - WECOM tools, Mobile OS (iOS, Android, etc.), Bamboo, PingID, API - Information security (“Secure by Design” and “Zero Trust”). - WiFi6, MPLS Point-to-Point Internet, Zscaler, Palo Alto Firewall and VPN. Solid proficiency in project and quality management. Solid experience of achieving results through effective team leadership and through the planning, control and execution of projects, including demonstrable success in managing multiple projects (small to medium scale projects) Be able to quickly familiar with organizations’ policy framework, management structures and reporting procedures for all aspects of the project’s environment, and can see the big picture. Solid knowledge of business analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong planning, communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. Is highly experienced in communicating with clients at all levels, one-to-one and in groups. Has sound understanding of the costs of IT (project and lifetime) and the ability to cost operational IT services. Skilled at identifying benefits which come in the form of cost savings both within IT and in the business, in relation to the operational cost of the IT service. Has in-depth knowledge of risk management. Able to work independently and under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines well, in both physical and virtual environments. Self-starter and results oriented Excellent team player with strong customer focus Able to manage a virtual team Must be able to converse and read fluently in both business Chinese and English.
