Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT Project Management Office professional, based on-site in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The role involves leading and overseeing project management activities, streamlining processes, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining project alignment with organizational objectives. Key tasks include creating project plans, managing resources, risk analysis, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The role also includes establishing best practices in project management across teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in IT project planning, resource management, and scheduling
  • Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and stakeholder communication
  • Knowledge of project tracking tools and methodologies
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, application development, and IT security is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent are a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
