About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our software development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope while ensuring the highest quality standards.

You'll collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA testers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, manage timelines, and drive progress across all project phases. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and experienced in agile project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate tasks across developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Plan sprints, manage Jira boards, and update project status.
  • Perform manual QA testing on web/mobile applications.
  • Write clear bug reports and validate fixes on staging/production.
  • Review UI/UX against requirements and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct internal and client-side UAT sessions.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in project management or coordination (preferably tech industry).
  • QA or software testing experience is required.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with API testing (Postman), Git, Figma, ISO documents.
