  • Oversee project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to ensure collaboration and high performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project progress, updates, and issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align project activities with business objectives.
  • Track project performance, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Monitor quality control throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned to improve future project planning and execution.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
