Job Description:

- Assist in the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in the procurement of materials by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of transactions
- Maintain accurate data records in system and generate reports as needed. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings
- Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and follow up on orders delivery
- Assist in processing of non-trade order

Requirement:

- Minimum SPM with experience or Diploma in business management, administration or related field is preferred or equivalent
- Understanding of the end-to-end procurement cycle, including request for quotations, purchase orders (POs), supplier negotiations, and order tracking
- Keen attention to detail for accurate data entry, order processing, and inventory tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
