**WE'RE HIRING: ART DIRECTOR**:

- Creative Lead - Jewelry / Lifestyle Brand_

We’re looking for a visionary Art Director with strong taste, creative leadership, and a sharp eye for what works. You’ll lead the brand’s visual identity, build a lean creative team, and bring life back into content that's currently falling flat.

**BRANDING & CONTENT DIRECTION**
- Define the brand’s visual identity - color tone, lighting, style, layout, mood
- Create visual moodboards and creative direction for IG, TikTok, Shopee, and website
- Lead and guide the content creator during shoots (framing, styling, lighting, mood)
- Develop on-screen “content personalities” (staff/ambassadors)
- Approve final visuals before publishing (social media, product, packaging)

**BUILD CREATIVE TEAM DIRECTION**
- Recommend and help hire a lean team (designer, editor, stylist, etc.)
- Set up working systems
- Lead creative team direction
- Guide and review team output to maintain brand direction and tone

**FIX ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY**
- Audit current IG and TikTok - identify why content isn’t performing
- Improve content structure (hook, pacing, lighting, storyline, emotion)
- Build a fresh creative strategy to boost real engagement, not just likes

**PACKAGING & PRODUCT VISUAL CONCEPTS**
- Lead the visual rebranding of packaging (box, thank you card, product tags)
- Create or curate visual ideas for jewelry design - look, styling, finish, mood
- Develop concepts, sketches, or reference decks to brief designers or suppliers
- Ensure output matches the brand’s evolving identity

**WORK DIRECTLY WITH FOUNDER**
- Collaborate closely with the founder to bring brand ideas to life
- Brainstorm product launches, storytelling, creative campaigns, and influencer collabs

**REQUIREMENTS & WHO YOU ARE**
- 3+ years in branding, creative, visual design, or content leadership
- Strong visual taste - lighting, layout, aesthetics, style
- Experience leading content or campaign visuals (especially lifestyle brands)
- Confident in directing photo/video shoots and giving creative feedback
- Skilled in Adobe, E-commerce tools such as TikTok, Shopee and visual planning
- Able to lead and build a team, not just follow briefs

**BONUS IF YOU HAVE**
- Experience in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle
- A personal or freelance portfolio that shows taste and storytelling
- Rebranding experience, or content that went viral

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
