Finance & Admin Assistant

Reporting to the Administrative and Finance Executive and undertakes the following responsibilities:
Assisting the Administration Executive in the general office administration.
Assisting the Administration Executive in handling calls and visitors.
Assisting in filing.
Handling employee records.
Administer vehicle maintenance.
** Handling the staff leaves record and the process such as**:
** Stock and inventory item**:
i. Assisting in uodating the Company's item inventories.
ii. Updating the office stationary and groceries stock.
iii. Ensuring the office stationary and groceries are well maintained.
Assisting on managing the security of the Companies building.
Handling the process of posting and receiving mails or parcels.
Arranging for dispatch works.
** Carrying out finance works such as**:
i. Assisting Finance Executive in processing of payment.
ii. Collection and bank in cheques.
iii. Assisting Finance Executive in finance administrative works.
iv. Distribution of payments.
v. Assisting Finance Executive in processing purchasing request.
vi. Assisting Finance Executive in payroll processing.
