- iii. Ensuring the office stationary and groceries are well maintained.
- Ÿ Assisting on managing the security of the Companies building.
- Ÿ Handling the process of posting and receiving mails or parcels.
- Ÿ Arranging for dispatch works.
- Ÿ Carrying out finance works such as:

- i. Assisting Finance Executive in processing of payment.
- ii. Collection and bank in cheques.
- iii. Assisting Finance Executive in finance administrative works.
- iv. Distribution of payments.
- v. Assisting Finance Executive in processing purchasing request.
- vi. Assisting Finance Executive in payroll processing.**Benefits**:
