**JOB HIGHLIGHTS**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Lead project teams, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure effective communication across all project participants.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, tools, and materials.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and create detailed reports to document learnings and outcomes.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Act as the Head of the division
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.

**CORE COMPETENCIES**
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in project management.
- Solid technical background with excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Applicants must have valid driving license, own transport and willing to travel within

Malaysia as necessary.
- Able to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
