Shipping Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and handle goods imported from suppliers to ensure an effective goods shipment process.
- Manage and monitor the export of finished goods to ensure timely and effective shipment.
- Overseeing documentation and customs requirements for full compliance adherence.
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of audits and customs officer reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Assists on handling daily sourcing inquiries to find potential/competitive sources.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to travel and work independently.
- Fresh graduates with keen interest in international sales are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work in 1 Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
