**Roles and Responsibilities**

**I. Inbounding**:
i. Oversee the meticulous receiving and inspection of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

ii. Ensuring the team managing the Inbounding adhere to SOPs.

**II. Inventory Management**:
i. Implement effective inventory control measures and conduct regular audits for accuracy.

ii. Ensuring expiry dates by Brands are monitored and reported in a timely manner.

iii. Adherence to FIFO principles with monitoring processes in place to ensure accurate execution.

**III. Pick and Pack**:
i. Supervise and optimize the picking and packing processes to meet order fulfilment targets, including optimizing Pickers’ efficiency.

ii. Ensuring material planning for packing is monitored and executed in a timely manner.

iii. Must adhere to e-commerce platform SLA for fulfilment with zero late shipments.

**IV. Outbound**:
i. Manage outbound logistics, coordinating shipments and deliveries for enhanced distribution efficiency.

ii. Managing relationship with 3PL providers and ensuring daily pick-ups are done seamlessly.

**V. Setting of Operations SOPs**:
i. Setting up of SOPs for all operations processes.

ii. Ensuring SOPs are followed and conducting spot checks to ensure there is no breach of SOPs in the operations.

**VI. People Management**:
i. Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence and foster a positive working environment.

ii. Managing operations staff-related issues and highlighting key issues to the Management.

iii. Planning, training and management of staff, including part-timers for the campaign period while optimizing cost for the Company to meet fulfilment SLA.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in warehouse management and operations, with preference in e-commerce/fulfilment warehouse.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
