**Job description**
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and assign tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring workloads are distributed evenly and deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Train and mentor warehouse employees on proper warehouse practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and logistics to coordinate inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Evaluate warehouse performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to warehouse operations.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, although some companies may prefer a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- **Leadership Skills -** Ability to lead and manage a team of warehouse workers effectively.
- **Inventory Management -** Proficiency in managing inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and implementing inventory control measures.
- **Operational Knowledge -** Familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- **Safety Compliance -** Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- **Problem-Solving Skills -** Capacity to identify and address operational issues and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
- **Computer Skills -** Basic computer skills to work with warehouse management systems and other software tools.
- **Physical Stamina -** The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- **Time Management -** Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship with key brands under our portfolio
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of key account e-commerce needs
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements for the advancement of their e-commerce business
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Stakeholder management between key brands and e-commerce platforms
- Strategic planning and execution to improve client’s e-commerce results
- Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure all client needs are met
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
