**Overall**:
The Warehouse Supervisor in our company is to manage all aspect of warehouse activities. Managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth, safe and efficient warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, raw material release to production, goods storage and export shipment activities.
- Ensure proper labelling, tracking and safe storage of material and finished goods.
- Implement and maintain FIFO inventory management practices.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure alignment between physical stock and SAP system.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow, effective task delegation and a safe working environment.
- Liaise with production teams to ensure timely release of raw materials to production.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and stock related to warehouse operations, shipment and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulation, warehouse procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvement for better efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless material flow.

**Requirements**:

- SPM, Diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably in logistics, supply chain management or its related.
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role in manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and shipping arrangement.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Malay.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as the role requires interaction with stakeholders who are proficient in Mandarin.
- Possess own transport.
- Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
