Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Plan and allocate resources to meet daily operational requirements.
- Monitor and control staff productivity and performance.
- Develop staff by train, mentor and provide regular feedback.
- Monitor and control the budget and expenses of the warehouse.
- Manage inventory by maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure efficient space utilization of warehouse.
- Monitor operations and routine inspection of MHE and report any problems to Maintenance Department.
- Maintain supplies and equipment.
- Report and investigate any problems or irregularities to superior and recommend potential solutions.
- Maintain systematic and accurate record and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse and staff are compliant with work procedures, policies, health and safety rules and regulations.
- Identify areas of improvement (e.g. processes, procedures, working environment, etc.)
- Perform routine inspection of the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse area.
- Prepare and analyse reports (e.g. warehouse operations, productivity, inventory levels, etc.)
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and problems.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Communicate with manager and HRA Department on staff attendance, health, satisfaction, working attitude and other issues (if any).
- Provide overtime claims based on dateline given by HRA Department.
- Monitor, train and evaluate probationers and update HRA Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
