The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all inventory is managed and recorded accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Plan and organize shifts to meet operational needs and production targets.
- Ensure warehouse safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, addressing any performance or operational issues.
- Collaborate with other departments such as shipping, customer service, and procurement to optimize processes.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs, productivity, and inventory accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
