Report to the Financial Accountant and responsible for preparation of financial statement, maintaining cash controls supervising include the payroll, account receivable, payable, purchasing, stock control, cash flow, credit control and managing office operations. 2. Responsible for the group of companies finance and accounting departments, maintaining financial status and make sure all the companies accounts are up to date and meet Government Tax compliance and all statutory requirement including Taxation, SST, GST & accounting standards and Company Act 2016. 3. To prepare group of companies budget and finance function. 4. Adhere and monitor compliance of accounting control by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. 5. To maintain supplier and customer account include credit term and condition. 6. To ensure the related transaction are according to company policies and procedures, properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system. 7. To liaise with auditor, secretary, banker and relevant authorities for financial, corporate matter and internal control issues. 8. To handle holding company consolidate account and financial statement for annual audit.
