- Assist in performing daily clerical Employee Relations matters such as data entering, managing records and organizing documents.
- Assist in performing daily Training and Development matters such as preparing training materials, setting training venues and other training related arrangements.
- Assist in organizing Employee Engagement activities such as gatherings, townhall sessions and meetings.
- Assist in performing daily Payroll matters such as updating pay changes, calculating overtime and handling statutory details.
- Assist in performing daily Administrative tasks such as preparing letters, conduct secretarial duties and compiling employee information.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline, advantage for those related to Human Resources.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related work capacity.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge in Bahasa Malaysia language, writing and verbal.
- Good knowledge in English language, writing and verbal.
- Additional language mastery will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality and vibrant characteristic.
- Eager to learn and advance in Human Resource as a career.
- Fast learner, hard working and adaptable to start-up environment.
- A team player and loves achieving goals.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
