The role manages the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services.

The role will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
- Collaborating with sales teams as well as interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity
- Ensuring that the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio
- Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.
- Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's from an accredited uni or college
- Have 10 yr significant Oil & Gas experience with proven experience in Drilling Services
- Have excellent leadership, influential interpersonal and planning skills
- Have the ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders
- Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
