**Location**: _Southern region (Johor, Melaka & Seremban) _
- Identify **performance and productivity gaps** for both individuals and teams.
- **Guide, coach, and support** Store Managers and Sales Associates to improve sales.
- **Handle onboarding and training** for new District Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Associates.
- Create and run **training programs** using role-play, games, and real-life scenarios.
- **Plan training activities** that support company financial goals.
- **Check employee performance** before and after training.
- Keep up with the **latest trends**in retail sales.
- **Stay updated** on all company products, services, policies, and procedures.

**Job Requirement**:

- Preferably with experience in **coaching, training**, or a similar role.
- Ideally from the **retail industry,** especially in fashion, footwear, pharmaceuticals, home and living, or retail chain/franchise businesses.
- **Strong understanding**of sales processes and KPIs.
- Excellent presentation and **coaching skills**.
- Committed to delivering great customer experiences.
- **Passionate**about the retail industry and willing to go the extra mile.
- **Open to daily travel.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
