**Job Description: Tower Crane Operator**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Crane Operations**:

- Operate the tower crane to lift, move, and position construction materials such as steel beams, concrete panels, and equipment.
- Follow load charts and ensure all lifts are within the crane’s capacity.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Conduct pre-operational checks on the crane and related equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or damage.
- Monitor site conditions, such as wind speeds, to determine safe operation limits.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with site supervisors, signalers, and other team members to ensure materials are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively using hand signals, radios, or other agreed methods.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Keep the crane clean and in good operating condition.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate logs of crane usage, maintenance, and any incidents.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of tower crane operation experience, preferably on high-rise construction projects.
- **Certification**: Valid crane operator license or certification from a recognized authority.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with operating cranes for multi-storey building construction and understanding of load charts and rigging techniques.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to work at heights and handle the physical demands of the job.
- **Safety Awareness**: Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and ability to operate in compliance with safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
