Inspeccionar el aseo personal y la vestimenta del personal y rectificar cualquier deficiencia. Cumplir con las tareas de apertura y cierre, como organizar las provisiones y los instrumentos necesarios, limpiar todo el equipo y las áreas, cerrar las puertas con llave, etc. Inspeccionar la organización, limpieza y utilización del método FIFO en las áreas de depósito. Completar los inventarios programados y abastecer y pedir las provisiones necesarias. Controlar la disponibilidad de asientos, el servicio, la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes en los comedores. Realizar las órdenes de trabajo para las reparaciones de mantenimiento. Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, organización, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados; y servir como ejemplo y primer punto de contacto del proceso de "Garantía de tratamiento justo y política de puertas abiertas". APTITUDES DESEABLES Educación:Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED). Experiência laboral afín:Al menos 2 años de experiência laboral afín. Experiência como supervisor:Al menos 1 año de experiência como supervisor.
