Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment’s and system.
- Developed and implement preventive and corrective maintenance of all audio and Video equipment’s and system.
- To remain fully informed as to the requirements of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and its requirements relating to this department.
- Formulate and prepare the annual Engineering Department budget expenses and oversee its implementation.
- Initiate programs for the improvement of procedures in order to maintain Acceptable R & M costs.
- Carries out planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the efficient operation of the engineering department.
- Remain fully conversant with all aspects of energy management, its procedures and its implementation.
- Co-ordinates with all other department heads regarding maintenance and administration matters.
- Co-ordinates with all Engineering for project approval, executions and licenses etc. as directed by the Operation Manager.
- Possess a full understanding of all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and gas operated equipment’s in the property.
- Formulate and implement, in conjunction with the HR department, all internal and external trainings of a professional nature relative to the department.
- Negotiate, forecast, control and review all service agreements / contracts in accordance with the established policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
