Executive - Corporate Relations & Communications

Assist HOD to coordinate, execute and monitor all administration matters pertaining to Company/Group corporate philanthropy.
- Assist HOD to coordinate all on-site corporate philanthropy initiatives such as conducting visits to homes and charitable organizations on ad-hoc basis, attending monthly sponsor-related events (Press Conference, Mock Cheque Presentation, Awards Ceremony, etc.), organizing collection drive, logistic arrangement and photography.
- Assist HOD to coordinate and monitor sponsor-related events’ collaterals layout, artwork and media coverage (various platforms) and manage corporate information on social media.
- Assist HOD to execute corporate support for the department and company such as official correspondences with external parties, memos, letters, presentation slides, Mandarin translation works and any other similar deliverables on daily basis.
- Assist HOD to prepare content for community engagement section in the Sustainability Report on annual basis.
- Assist HOD to plan, coordinate and execute various corporate/special/ad-hoc events and meetings at Wisma Genting, Resorts World Genting, other properties of the company or external venues.
- To manage the corporate website such as timely updating web pages via WordPress and ftp, coding, modifying and creating new page layout and content, crafting content of News & Media section and monitoring security issue.
- Assist HOD in other areas of corporate support.
- Assist Sustainability team in executing G3 events.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Degree in Mass Communication or related field.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Well-organized, meticulous and able to work with less supervision.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
