Senior Executive, Corporate Communications

Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Executive, Corporate Communications to join our Group Corporate Communications team. You will be responsible for developing, executing and managing strategic internal and external communication programmes to help build and sustain a strong brand visibility for the Group, as a whole.
Our ideal candidate must have corporate communications, marketing and branding experience with demonstrable project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Corporate Communications team in building and sustaining a strong brand visibility for the Group.
- Assist and support in both internal and external communications including but not limited to corporate brochures, corporate website, corporate presentation materials, corporate identity manual, annual reports, sustainability reports, press releases, EDMs, newsletter, etc.
- Prepare corporate communications materials which include writing, editing and proof reading.
- Develop corporate communication plans including communication targets, strategy, budget, and action plan – milestones and activities.
- Drive execution for all internal and/or external physical and/or virtual events i.e., corporate social responsibility and employee engagement events.
- Conduct communication programmes/ campaign evaluation, track and analyse the data in order to draw out meaningful and actionable insights.
- Manage digital media i.e., maintain and update the Group's corporate website regularly.
- Maintain good media relations and ensure adequate corporate visibility and coverage of all events organized.
- Respond on all enquiries relating to corporate communications for the Group.
- Assist in administrative management such as budget management, documentation.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects undertaken by the corporate communications function.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in public relations, media relations, community relations, corporate communication, marketing related experience.
- Possess skills and understanding in media and branding, news/social media, project management, and event management in corporate events are the added advantage in this role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong in developing communications contents and comfortable with presentations.
- Interpersonal savvy, able to build good relationship internally and externally.
- Social media, tech-savvy communications, having keen interest in current events, and digital media trends and dynamics.
- Driven, mature and meticulous.
- Good organisational, project/ event planning and management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Resourceful, with great initiatives, creative thinking, a team player.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
