**Job Summary**:
The R&D Junior Executive supports the research and development of new beverage products, ingredients, and formulations for Coffeebot’s vending machines and related business units. This role involves hands-on testing, data recording, and assisting in product trials, ensuring that all new formulations meet company standards in quality, taste, and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Product Development & Testing**
- Assist in developing and testing new beverage formulations such as coffee, chocolate, tea, and other premix drinks.
- Conduct lab trials and prepare product samples for internal review and sensory evaluation.
- Support in adjusting product formulations based on feedback, machine compatibility, and cost targets.
- Record and maintain detailed documentation of formulation trials, raw material specifications, and testing outcomes.
- Assist in shelf-life studies and product stability testing.

**2. Ingredient & Material Management**
- Work with suppliers and procurement to obtain raw materials, samples, and technical specifications.
- Assist in verifying the quality and consistency of incoming raw materials and ingredients.
- Maintain inventory of R&D raw materials and ensure proper labelling and storage.
- Support in evaluating alternative ingredients for cost or quality improvements.

**3. Machine Compatibility & Quality Coordination**
- Test new formulations using Coffeebot vending machines to ensure smooth dispensing and consistency.
- Collaborate with the **Operations** and **Technical** teams to troubleshoot any formulation-machine issues.
- Ensure all developed products meet internal quality standards and comply with relevant food regulations (Halal, HACCP, GMP).

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain organized records of all formulations, batch results, and related documents.
- Prepare simple reports, trial summaries, and product evaluation feedback for R&D Executive or Manager.
- Support in preparing specification sheets and product data for registration or approval.

**5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation**
- Stay updated with beverage trends, new ingredients, and packaging innovations.
- Support senior R&D members in exploring new product lines or improvement projects.
- Participate in product sensory sessions and give constructive feedback to enhance product quality.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of beverage formulation, sensory evaluation, and ingredient functionality.
- Familiarity with premix powders, creamers, coffee, and flavouring systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to perform hands-on testing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
