- Assist Project Manager & Project Executive for all related Matters.
- To be able to maintain proper and systematic documentation filing system for outgoing and incoming project correspondences.
- Support in sending tasks completion reminders for due tasks.
- Create, maintain and update project documentations e.g. S.O. Ps, Minutes meeting, business work flow, etc.
- To upkeep the project dashboard and DMS register.
- To prepare payment requisition form for the approval.
- To prepare the petty cash form and submit to Admin Department.
- To prepare, submit and follow up with the relevant authority related works.
- Ensure the contract documents is correctly done and signed by all relevant parties.
- To liaise and attend meeting with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress of the project/s accurately and from time to time.
- To conduct site visits, assessments, measurement and data collection for reports.
- To attend the internal and external quality and safety audit.
- Perform the ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Position Requirement**:

- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of employees.
- Initiative, resourceful and self motivation.
- Able to work independently and a team player.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
