Do you have experience in developing electronics? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can build your expertise and challenge yourself? Then you came to the right place We are looking for an **INTERNSHIP - ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE**.

**Your responsibilities are to support the customer service team by**:
1. Assisting in handling customer inquiries.

2. Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.

3. Processing customer purchase orders, verifying details, and ensuring timely delivery to the customer.

4. Handling documentation related to sales activities, maintaining records, and assisting with reporting.

5. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior when necessary.

**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:
1. A University or College Diploma in electronics or a related field;
2. Ability to compose simple correspondence.

3. Ability to work within strict deadlines

4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.

5. Written and verbal communication skills: Proficient in exchanging routine department information

6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment

7. Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Office)

Working Day: Monday to Friday

Working Time: 08:30 am to 05:30 pm

English

**Allowance**:
RM600

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM600.00 per month
