DAILY DUTIES
- To rectify faults according to Guards incident report or as instructed by Center Manager
- Water level reading on all blocks for all water tank, Morning and Evening
- To ensure all risers are all properly secured and all locks are in good condition
- Check all equipment to ensure they are in good running order
- To prepare the above reporting and submit to the technical team leader on daily basis.
WEEKLY DUTIES
- To monitor date of serving period of all M&E equipment and ensure all M&E equipment areserviced on time
- To ensure all repair works are completed and all timers are in order
- To monitor performance of renovation contractors especially on common areas and validity of renovation permit
- To ensure all service providers’ report are properly documented and filed into respective files.
MONTHLY DUTIES
- To ensure all service records/job sheets are provided by them after completing every service
- To ensure that all notices are prepared to inform residents prior to servicing
- To follow all M&E service providers during their monthly servicing to ensure no parts are removedexcept for faulty parts and to keep the service report.
- To take readings of utilities consumption and to submit to admin executive 3 days before generating the monthly billings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
