**Company Background**:
This rapidly growing audit firm, with branches in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Selangor, is a part of member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). As an Approved Company Auditor, Income Tax Agent, and SST Agent, the firm was established to support Malaysia's Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with their statutory audits of financial statements, taxation, and SST (Sales and Services Tax) matters. Their comprehensive services are tailored to meet the unique needs of SMEs, ensuring compliance and facilitating growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- To perform full spectrum of HR operation functions include payroll, staff claim, performance appraisal, preparing letters, attendance and records, compensation, reports and policies and employee relations
- To perform recruitment processes including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and exit interviews
- To manage and coordinate company training, events and programs
- Supervising and reviewing the work of team members
- Train and provide feedback to team members
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in managerial HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
