As a HR Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in handling full spectrum of Human Resources functions such as payroll processing, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and industrial relations.

**Area of Responsibility**
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures
- Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department
- Implementing and revising company’s compensation program
- Organizing staff training and development program
- Manage the recruitment cycle from the start to offer management
- Maintain and revise company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- Performing benefits administration
- Overseeing on and off boarding
- Payroll & Income Tax management
- Responsible for expatriate management

**We are looking for someone with : -**
- 3+ year(s) of background in and human resources functions

**Salary**: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
