Payroll Assistant

**1. Payroll Processing**
- Collect and verify employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Calculate wages, deductions, allowances, and bonuses.
- Ensure salaries comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in processing payroll on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
**2. Statutory Contributions & Compliance**
- Prepare and process statutory deductions such as **EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (income tax)**.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Submit necessary reports to relevant authorities within deadlines.
**3. Employee Records & Documentation**
- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Prepare payslips and distribute them to employees.
- Handle new employee onboarding in terms of payroll setup.
**4. Payroll Queries & Issue Resolution**
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or errors.
**5. General Administrative Support**
- Assist the HR or finance department with other payroll-related tasks.
- Prepare payroll reports for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
