To ensure smooth day-to-day operation at the Engineering Department and to provide engineering function support to our users in line of company’s cost savings policy, to manage R&M building maintenance in accordingly EIMS procedure and maintain good relationships between engineering staff and engineering management.

Daily tasks would be
- Conduct meeting with executives on outstanding work orders and operational matters
- Report to VP - Engineering on major repair and abnormal happenings
- To liaise with end users for work request
- To ensure cleanliness and safety in work place
- Delegate work to executives / supervisors
- To manage staff overtime, performance and productivity
- To attend Hotel Operations Meeting
- To attend SAP-PR release which is within the authority limit
- Maintain staff discipline
- Conduct job briefing and training
- To ensure compliance of legal requirement
- To ensure compliance of engineering IMS requirement

Job requirements
- A bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 8 years relevant working experience in R&M building maintenance or related field with 3 years in management level.
- Good command in of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
